How It Works
Step 1: Install the Add-on
Once the admin installs the Calendar Integrations Add-on, the Google Calendar Sync tab will appear on the left sidebar in your Clockify account.
Step 2: Connect Your Google Account
In the Google Calendar Sync tab, click the Connect button to establish a connection with your Google Account. If you need to choose a different Google Account, please reach out to us so we can restart the connection.
Step 3: Enable Data Sync
Once the connection is established, enable Time entries and Time off data to flow to your Google Calendar.
Step 4: Enjoy Synced Data
In the initial sync, the last 30 days of time entries will be synced with Google Calendar. Each new time entry will automatically be transferred as long as you stay connected.
Important Notes
Time Off Sync
Previous time off data will not be synced. Only future approved time offs will be sent to Google Calendar.
Reconnecting
Clicking the Disconnect button will stop the integration. If you create time entries while disconnected, re-enable the Time entries toggle when reconnecting to sync those entries with Google Calendar.
