User
The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject. Our Application and our site are directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

To provide our service effectively, we collect the minimum amount of data necessary.
A. Data from Google
When you connect the Calendar Integrations app with your Google Account, we collect and store:
- Calendar IDs from Google Calendar
- Authentication tokens from Google
- User identification information for mapping purposes
B. Data from Clockify
When you connect your Clockify account, we collect:
- User IDs from Clockify
- Workspace identification information
- Configuration preferences for data sync
C. Application Settings
We store your user preferences configured within the app, including sync toggles and notification settings.
Information We DO NOT Collect
We deeply respect your privacy. We want to be absolutely clear about what we do not access or store:
- Personal Data from Google Accounts: We do not store or use any personal data from Google Accounts
- Sensitive Clockify Data: We do not store your tracked time data, task descriptions, or financial information from Clockify
- User Emails: While we may query user emails in real-time for mapping purposes, we do not store these email addresses
How We Use Your Information
The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Calendar Integrations app
- To sync your Clockify data with Google Calendar
- To manage your subscription and trial status
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues
Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We use the following trusted third-party services solely to operate our infrastructure:
- Vercel: To host our application backend
- Supabase: To securely store our database information
- Google: For authentication and calendar access via official APIs
- Clockify: For time tracking data access via official APIs
Data Retention
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Data related to your active integration will be retained as long as you maintain an active connection. Upon disconnection, we retain minimal metadata for account management purposes.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Disconnect the integration at any time
