Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrackAlerts application ("Service"), operated by Next Gen Add-ons ("we", "us", or "our").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
TrackAlerts is a comprehensive alert system that provides automated notifications based on your Clockify account. It provides user-based billing and unlimited notifications.
To use the Service, you must have an active and valid Clockify account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CAKE Inc. (Clockify).
2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial or a limited free tier. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free access at our sole discretion.
Paid Plans
Full access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled via our designated Merchant of Record and payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
Payment Processor
By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions. We do not store or process your credit card information on our servers.
User-Based Billing
Our pricing plans are based on the number of users in your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring accurate user counts and updating your plan as your team grows or shrinks.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window for all new paid subscriptions.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team.
Important Note Regarding Refund Amounts
The refunded amount will be the total price you paid, minus the payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction. Payment processor fees are non-refundable to us and are therefore deducted from the final refund issued to your account.
No refunds will be granted for requests made after the 7-day window has passed, or for subscription renewals.
4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
By using our Service, you agree not to:
- Abuse, bypass, or exploit the API limits of the Service or Clockify
- Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purposes
- Resell, duplicate, or reproduce any part of the Service without our explicit written permission
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Clockify API keys and ensuring that your workspace members use the integration in compliance with your organization's policies.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You can terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and canceling your active subscription via the provided billing portal.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.
We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data delays, or downtime caused by the Clockify API or your network providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Next Gen Add-ons, its developers, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
