Next Gen Add-ons ("we", "our", or "us") operate the "TrackAlerts" application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our app.

By installing and using the TrackAlerts app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

To provide our service effectively, we collect the minimum amount of data necessary. We collect data from three primary sources:

Information We DO NOT Collect

We deeply respect your team's privacy. We want to be absolutely clear about what we do not access or store:

• Message Content: We do not read, process, or store the content of your messages or conversations
• User Emails: We query user identifiers in real-time for mapping but do not store them
• Sensitive Clockify Data: We do not store your tracked time data, task descriptions, or financial information

How We Use Your Information

The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and operate the TrackAlerts integration
• To route automated notifications to the correct channels or users
• To manage your subscription plan and notification limits
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues

Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We use the following trusted third-party services solely to operate our infrastructure:

• Vercel: To host our application backend
• Supabase: To securely store our database information
• Lemon Squeezy: To process payments and manage subscriptions

Data Retention and Deletion

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Data related to your active integration will be retained while you use the service. When a user uninstalls the app from their Slack workspace, we automatically invalidate their stored authentication tokens. You can request the complete and permanent deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verifying your request, we will permanently purge all associated data from our active databases within 72 hours. We may retain minimal transaction metadata exclusively for legal billing compliance via Lemon Squeezy.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data by emailing support@nextgenaddons.com
• Uninstall the app and cancel your subscription at any time

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. All data transmitted between our service and third-party APIs is encrypted using HTTPS.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Privacy Policy at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new policy taking effect. Continued use of our service after revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
